Who I am: I am a transplant to Raleigh from the Midwest, arriving in 1996. I work for a large Information Technology firm, and have been with them since 1998 (no, it's not IBM). I have been very involved in digital photography for the last 5-6 years, getting a DSLR camera a couple of years ago. I enjoy traveling with my wife, which gives me the opportunity to shoot photographs in some interesting places.

Hobbies and interests: photography, reading, travel, visiting 5 kids and 5 grandkids

Favorite music: anything except rap

Favorite movies: Saving Private Ryan, Fried Green Tomatoes

Favorite TV shows: CSI, NCIS
