North Carolina teams fall short in Pop Warner championships

The souvenirs from Florida won't include championship trophies, but North Carolina teams are guaranteed to bring home plenty of good memories from their trips to the Pop Warner Little Scholars Super Bowl and National Cheer and Dance Championships held Dec. 6-13 at Disney's Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Fla.

The football competition included three football teams and four cheerleading teams from the Triangle's Consolidated Football Federation.
