I was sitting on my porch Saturday morning, eating my toast, sipping my coffee and reading The N&O. As I pulled out the home and gardening section (my fav.) I noticed the "Show us your porch" article, and smiled and thought I would do just that! My porch is my favorite place to be at my home. A porch to me is solitude, warmth and a spiritual connection to my inner soul. I collect birdouses' ( as you will notice in the pictures) and have bird feeders all over my yard, so when I am on the porch, I have the most beautiful sound from some real happy featherd friends.
