TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Open House and Wardrobe Seminar on Tuesday, September 18, at 10:00 a.m. at 1519 E. Millbrook Road (Millbrook Baptist Church). Dress Barn will present wardrobe tips on choosing clothes that fit and flatter your body type, from casual styles to Sunday dress! TOPS offers a common-sense approach to weight loss that encourages healthful eating, regular exercise, and group support with weekly meetings and weigh-ins.
