What's Up With That?

Just wanted to know if there's any progress on finding out what the story is on the huge concrete sewer pipes on the east side of Highway 70 on the way to Durham. They've been there a LONG time.

Those pipes are not for sewer! They are for a tunneling project.The tunnel was never completed and now the pipes have surpassed their shelf life and must be crushed. The property is owned by NCDOT and the pipes may sit their until Jesus returns.
