I think one way to do this is to go to the traffic category and post to the I40: Year of Driving Warily forum. The posting form is at the bottom of the forum page. That should feed into our I40.newsobserver.com web page, where we are displaying shortcut ideas. The link is http://share.triangle.com/node/4748 if you want to go directly.
