hey there folks! About time some one started a forum like this. I salute to you who ever it may be. Any way I am here to share a expeiriance I had two days ago. I had moved here a couple of years ago and in my searching for a nice place to eat. I haven't really found too many. I am a chef of 28 years and i like what I like. For all the restaurants in the Triangle area, no one seems to like to think out side the box. It was a relativly warm day out and i was going to the post office in Plantation Square in N. Raliegh and walked by this little delicantessen. it seemed to be a nice place and looked as if they didn't have much to offer. As i walked in I was greeted by a guy and as I looked at the menu i must have seemed puzzeled. He walked up to me and asked if he may help me and i told him i was looking for something alittle lighter. He asked me what i wanted and I asked him what do you have. he said what do you want. and we started to laughed and went round and round like that for a few minutes. So he proceeded to tell me what he can do for me. Any way I ended up getting a fresh mozz. and tomato sandwich that tasted wonderful. i was late for work because I got caught up in that little store and the amazing thins that they can do.If anyone out there has any clue of how to eat and looking for something differant< I strongly reccomend stoping by and see them. the place is Ferlos Alimentari
