 I think it was best stated when Geddings was caught and a federal prosecutor stated: It is illegal for a public servant to lie to the public, it is illegal for a public servant to hide the truth, and it is illegal for a public servant to use the back sides of innocent individuals for their own personal financial gain, as well as to use their friends, buying of judges, lying to judges, using district attorneys for false prosecutions for their political platforms irregardless of the harm done to innocent individuals and other elected individuals who know when crimes are committed and fail to report it.

Maybe the AG should look into corruption in domestic cases and how cerain attorneys who use their roles since they are the ones who can afford to buy judges for their own personal financial gain when the judges should find them in contempt and turn them into the state bar for ethics violations, since the small man they represent has no voice as did the three attorneys for the lacrosse players when they turned him in.  Do you wonder how many enethical lawyers there are in the courts where families and children are used to pad the pocketbooks of lying lawyers and bought judges to destroy their lives.

The public certainly doesn't have deep pockets but those attorneys who also use the district attorneys and law enforcement to carry out their crimes while they profit off of them actually carrying out their crimes should be removed from office.  If the policing agents are going to condone drugs in their high ranking officers and smear it in the news when they have been exposed and the good guy removed, then why have any laws since the lawmakers are busy breaking them.

If you want tougher laws which Black had the power to do, then why not imprison judges and lawyers who allow drunk drivers to get off easy and then go out and kill innocent human beings - police chases ending the lives of pregnant mothers with a child in the back seat left without a parent.

Something is wrong when the courts need to be overhauled and crooked attorneys who buy the judges exposed when they use the backsides of innocent persons because they lose and think they have power to continually hurt individuals who expose their filth and corruption and abuse of the legal and judicial system by means of the criminal process of the law and then when they are exposed, they use innocent children and allow a pedophile and sexual predator to remain lose.  Not all predators are on the computer on "My Space" but right in our homes because the domestic courts entertain domestic violence and our children being put with sexual predator parents who sodomize them and then threaten them and keep them from going to the parent they love because the court's block that right and it starts with our legislators and corrupt individuals who get exposed for fraud and corruption just like the idiot Black, Decker, and Geddyings.  Corruption starts with any amount of money taken illegally whether by a lawyer of representative because they have power to lie, steal, deceive and even kill to get what they want through the judges who come under our United States Constitution.

Maybe the governor should do and investigation into our courts through the attorney general's office since the office of the courts fail to expose those employees who know fraud and corruption is going on by clerks of court but inturn help themselves to a little of the money and only get slapped on the wrist.  Yet at election time, the real crook clerk of court is put back into office who carried out corruption and obststruction of justice by illegal conversion of monies paid out to a certain attorney in Greensboro who was no longer the attorney of record, but used the chief judge who oversees the clerk of court to allow such corruption and extortion to be carried out and it goes on and on.  That's why government is corrupt, those who fail to stop such corruption but enjoy the quid pro quo favors that attorneys use to get the judges, particularly in this case, to do what they wanted since they knew they were exposed.  Maybe the AG's office can do something now that the appellate court has referred such appeal to them since there is no justice in the very courts that aided and abetted such attorney in Guilford County, NC and every attorney knew the crime and failed to report the ethics violations that were so blatant.  I have a human life at stake and his life at the hands of a sick pervert directed by such a sick and demented attorney and chief district court judge who oversees the corruption and has failed to stop it even with a complaint failed pursuant to the state laws in November 2006.  What isn't done legally in Greensboro is done illegally as it was in this case of which the state of North Carolilna is liable for the life they have in jeopardy at this very time.

Black deserves to go to prison ten years and more.  I have a parent whose 401k rests in the personal bank account of attorney Kathryn Hatfield paid out to the election campaign funds in May to the clerk of court who aided and abetted her financial crimes when confronted by my own retained federal attorney from Jacksonville, NC and bought over with threats of disbarment like my other attorneys with false warrants never adjudicated in a court of law, as well as three judges who carried out such crimes for their own personal financial gain into office bought by such attorney as well as the former district attorney Stuart Albright and the current district attorney Doug Henderson.

Let's see the AG's office do a criminal investigation in the courts of Guilford County by the criminals who need to be behind bars that call themselves public servants and carried out illegal ex parte hearings for my ex to intentionally disable my son held hostage for disability fraud, medicaid fraud, while living off of him and abusing him on a daily basis as substantiated by DSS in January 2000 and being controlled by attorney Hatfield so my son continues to be abused, sodomized, raped, and exploited by the direction of attorney Hatfield over the last twenty years.  I refuse for those persons who allowed such heinous crimes which involves a lot more money than $29,000 which Ken Bell seems to make light of.  Light former federal prosecutor Dan Boyce states, given Black's power as attorney Hatfield thinks she has, it is blatant corruption no matter how you look at it.

Let's do an investigation since this crime is just the tip of the ice burg and expose any and all who are corrupt.  It starts in the courts and those private individuals who are used and lied to by public servants in order for them to get into office.  THAT'S WHERE THE LIES AND DECEIT ARE - POLITICAL CORRUPTION AND ABUSE OF THE SYSTEM POLITICALLY FOR FINANCIAL GAIN THAT THE ATTORNEYS PUT INTO OFFICE SINCE THEY HAVE DEEP POCKETS AND CAN VIOLATE THE LAW ANYTIME THEY WANT BY THEIR ACTIONS UNDER COLOR OF LAW.

Like Ive been saying now for years, the democrat party of NC has corrupted itself beyond belief....many of you have defended Jim Black, and Ive lost an old friend over it because their family, who ought to be paying nursing home violation fines of $300,000+, continued to payoff Jim Black, et al, to keep from being forced to do so....

THEN, our sights turn toward the West....Western NC that is...did you hear about the time the Governor flew into Cherokee in a helicoptor for a few minutes, picked up several envelopes of cash, and flew out in a hurry?  Just before gambling took over Cherokee.  Tribal 'leader' Patrick Lambert has become wealthy from it too...the folks in the mountains are talkin baby...

I completely concur with reb2dye! EVERY word rings true, and I am so glad to know there are people out here that are able to see through this quagmire of total contempt by our government, and raise conscienceness by citizens take action, and make changes! I have been trying for almost 2 years to find all the facts of my only brothers murder in Durham, and have encountered nothing but political obstacles..... I am witness first hand of the corruption, and it is DEEP! Constitutional Rights?! Ethics Violations?! Racketeering?! Murders?! How much more needs to be said about these FACTS, and draw attention to REAL crimes?!

Thank-you so much R2D. Those same Guilford County attorneys and Judges almost had me convinced I was crazy. They are responsible for my first and only nervous breakdown.

Judge Joe Turner destroyed my family as well, Cindy Hatfield was my attorney. She told me before court that I had already been railroaded. I had so much faith in our judicial system system that I could not and did not believe her. 

When Judge Joe Turner said "You Women, just cannot give boys what they need" I nearly dropped my teeth.

The second time around, I asked for Judge Teresa Vincent. I had read her speech to the students at A&T about overcoming the obstacles with hard work and diligence. I believed Judge Teresa Vincent would not sucumb to the corruptness  and discrimination that I had been subjected to under Judge Joe Turner. I believed this black lady's natural instincts would not allow her to leave the children in the very ugly situation Judge Joe Turner had put them in.

I was wrong.

Judge Teresa Vincent  did order the now custodial biological grandfather  to stop smelling the boys buttocks and to stop fondling their testicles. She did order his wife to stop being naked around the boys. She did tell them that one of them must remain sober in case the house catches on fire.

She was informed that these children had been beaten but she chose to present disbelief on that one.

But she sent those boys back there, despite all this.,  

and then when Keith Black realised his client was broke and misrepresented himself as financially sound, Judge Teresa Vincent ordered the Grandma who brought this matter to her attention to pay his attorney fees as well.

The last thing Judge Teresa Vincent said, told me, this woman judge had never felt the sting of prejudice or bias. To the emotionally challenged Mom..."YOU WILL NEVER HAVE YOUR CHILDREN AGAIN" She may as well have put a gun to this mom's head and pulled the trigger.

If it is illegal for a public servant to lie and hide the truth, then I'd like those federal friends of yours to take a look at the boys GAL Attorney Kathryn Lindley, whom I was also ordered to pay.

My experience with this GAL-attorney has left me paralyzed with a fear of our Judicial system beyond my wildest imaginations. The discovery that this person also holds a position on the board of directors for the Guilford Mental Health Center sends shivers up my spine and compels me to warn anyone who might seek help there.The knowledge that she is also affiliated with the Family Life Council of Guilford County destroys all the admiration I had for that place. That this person is also considered to be qualified to be a Child Advocate has probably already caused me to have a few mild heart attacks."

I must warn you that asking the AG office to investigate anything is the last thing I will ever do again.

I feel I wasted much time contacting the Judicial Standards committee and the NC Law Board.

 The Judicial standards Committee  responded quickly with their too bad, so sad letter, " no unethical behavior by these judges"

The NC Law Board held my complaints probably 3 months before they sent the too bad, so sad,letter, "this attorney has not done anything wrong enough to be disciplined letter." Actually I believe they just white out the names and send the same letter back for every complaint.

The Civil Rights Office and the Federal Attorney General's Office  ignored me completely.

 The FBI will first told me  they deal with important things like terrorists.

Then on my second attempt they said they might could help, but now do not return my calls.

Heidi at the President's office did send a letter asking Janice Butler to contact me. I received her too bad, so sad letter on the first matter and a booklet to answer any questions I might have about the second matter.

I was watching Fox 8 the other night and they announced how to contact your Civil Rights Dept of Health and Human Resources and how to contact the NC "Watchdog" state auditor. I contacted them both. The "Watchdog" did respond immediately. We'll have to see what becomes of that.

Civil Rights, do we really have any? If yours are violated and you are not a millionare, what good are they?
