All I know is when I logged in after the game the headline was "Pack stomp Heels...", now its "Pack upset Heels...". What gives??!!! Give credit where credit is due! ;-)

Typical Tarheel response by Mark Canady, and he was one who thought UNC would BLOW us away with the King of the Hill running over the Sisters of the Poor! Lol. Take your whipping like a good lil boy and accept the fact State outplayed the Heels! We were simply spectacular this day. Hopefully, we can keep this up Big game at GT Tuesday. They need to win badly at home to keep up their NCAA aspirations. Hope we don't get the big head and forget there's a game to play. Anyway, great win and am completely estatic over the Pack's play to beat the mighty Heels. Go Pack !!!!
Congratulations to Lowe and the Pack! Let's count how many Heels who gloated after each basketball game since 2003 will man up and congratulate the Pack on a spectacular game.

Regarding the article in the paper today (Saturday) about who are these NC State players: I think Carolina knows who they are now!!

Well, I thought Sid would have the team stoked to play their best game of the year and he certainly did! The team played lights out! They shot just over a sick 76% in the second half.
Frankly, UNC ran into a buzz saw tonight.
When I made the prediction several weeks back I did so because I just felt Sid "got it." I felt he understood the importance of this game and would ensure the team was playing at their peak. The Duke loss shocked me because I expected it then. But in the post-game comments, the players emphasized how Sid made them understand how they failed to show up to play against Duke.
Clearly, the team got the message -- you don't show up with less than 100% in the rivalry games! And just to prove to his players and the fans that he got it, Sid wore the red jacket!
This win and the Virginia Tech win should give the team confidence that they have the talent to compete at the top level of this conference and the nation. This team was very young at the start of this season, and I think they needed a bit more time to find itself.
Now, with Engin Atsur back, the team has found itself. A run is entirely possible, perhaps even enough of one to earn an NCAA bid.
