Whoever sets the Intelligent Light Control on Capital Blvd could they change it back plzzzzzz? The lights use to stay Green from Wake Forest to downtown Raleigh and it was a whiz to get downtown early in the morning. It seems someone has changed the setting, so every other light is red...it sure is a waste on the gas and very irritating. It takes double the time to get to work.
