After humiliating Taylor Swift at the MTV Awards Sunday night and going on Jay Leno Monday night and apologizing, what happens to Kanye West now?
Surely he can move on now, right? Maybe not. Some have called for a boycott of Kanye, most notably, Donald Trump and Joe Jackson. So what happens now for Mr. West? Is his career over?

You could NOT be more wrong. I'm not a fan of Taylor's really, but she is FAR FAR FAR more famous than Kanye is. She is the highest selling country artist of the past two years. Higher than Carrie Underwood even in both record sales and tour grosses.
Kanye would LOVE to say that he has had as much financial success over his entire career as she has had over the past two.
You don't have to like her, and you don't have to condemn him, buut you can NOT say that he is a bigger star. That's simply incorrect.
people love controversy so it may not be over. he's a dummy for what he did but if i was a fan i would still listen to his music. so who knows. wait for his next album. beyonce was good though. she did the right thing.
This was a set up plain and simple. No one watches these awards shows anymore, so MTV has to do something to stir up the pot. They did it a few years ago w/ Madonna and Britney and now they've done it again.

I would like to think he would be banned or suffer some sort of punishment. This kind of behavior sends a terrible message to our youth, and this week has been full of people behaving in a classless way. Right up there with Joe Collins. He should be asked to resign.
Come on. He's and idiot who apologized. Let it go people. It is done! Taylor Swift is a big girl and can handle it. Jeez you'd think Kanye physically hurt someone. People forget he lost his mother last year. So he has some issues to work out on his own.

I didn't know who that girl was and it was a sad moment but she isn't a bigger start that Kanye. No way. He mad a bad move and said sorry. There is nothing else he can do about this situation. All the people trashing him need to see if they have ever made a mistake more than once. If not, keep talking. If so, shut up. I can't wait for his next CD.
