I really don't care about these two, but it makes me sick how they've pimped out their family for fame and money. While their marriage was crumbling, they should've been seeking counseling and working on protecting their children from the pain of seeing their parents' relationship fall apart. Instead, they were busy filming their show, talking trash about each other to tabloid entertainment shows and giving their sides of the story to People magazine. It's truly tragic how far people will go for fame and money.

i feel sorry for the kids because their lives are in shambles because of bad decisions their parents made. i worry about the kids.

Well, Mike, before today, I didn't know who these two were. Sure, I'd heard their names pop up from time to time, but it wasn't till I read the snippet on A2 of today's N&O that I had the foggiest inkling what was their claim to fame. So that should answer your question, I'd think.
Beyond that, the two ought to be spayed and neutered before they're released to wreak more environmental and parental damage on an already overstressed world.

i think reality TV needs to stop because it ruins families. Those children are going to suffer.

This program has been about as nauseating as all the hype about the single, out-of-work, probably illegal Mexican mother in California who had multiple children. I hope all of the children are taken away from Jon & Kate. I'm not sure who is sicker - Jon & Kate for allowing their private life to be viewed by tv land or the tv station that airs such garbage.

They craved the attention, the fame and THE MONEY!!! Who lives like they do and neither has a job? Kate obviously can't define the word "truthful" as she continued to promote her most recent book and in reality held nothing but contempt for the father of her children/husband. I always saw her as a very hypocritical person on screen and always felt sorry for Jon. Well neither of the two are thinking clearly and are truly self-centered, money hungry people. Perhaps the children should be put up for adoption and be taken care of by a family who really wants to raise a family and are not pretentious and purchase $7000 playhouses!

This situation really sheds a lot of light on the breakdown of the American family and where some peoples priorities are. Unfortunately, the children will be the ones who pay the highest price.
