Taking it to the Streets!

Taking it to the Streets!

This absolutely stunning traffic-stopping mannequin was spotted at 600 N. West Street in Raleigh directing people towards the great deals on men's and women's clothing, jewellery, and accessories inside. If it were May 17th this ruse of red and blue might make one think she was Norwegian!

Mannequin Madness - Gotta love it! ;-)

eye-catching indeed!

This one caught my eye from nearly a quarter mile away - she really jumped out at me as the colours were so bright!!!

Mannequin Madness

Just a fun thought... Someday maybe like on a First Friday the downtown merchants who have mannequins (or womannequins) should band together for a fun contest perhaps called 'Mannequin Madness' and dress their mannequins or womannequins up as wild and whacky as possible and have people (and/or judges) place votes on the best contestants - maybe having two results, popular votes and judges votes. Personally I think it would be just crazy enough to draw a good crowd and create some fun times, besides drawing in some extra business too! :-)

Any thoughts?

Over the top

This shot is really over the top! By the way, I like the term "womannnequins," but why stop there? Can't we be the Mama-and-the-paparazzi?

Over the top

Thanks! I was fortunate to have my camera with me at the time as I dont stumble upon fun shots like these very often - even the background was amusing! Interesting idea about the mama-and-the-paparazzi too.
