
The Cary Chargers Pee Wee team from Cary Pop Warner won the Mid-South Regional Championship for Division I in Charlotte, NC this past weekend and will now be competing for a National Pop Warner Championship in Orlando, FL on December 7th. They defeated the Winston-Salem Indians (15 -7). The team is looking for sponsors and if you are interested in helping support these young men on their road to a National Championship you can contact Ken Kinsey at ken.kinsey@carypopwarner.org. Cary Pop Warner is a 501c non-profit organization that helps to develop boys and girls in football and cheerleading ranging in ages of 5-15. The organization has been a part of the Cary area now for over 40 years. This is the first Cary football team to reach the National Championship since 1983. (Cary Bill's)
