You know I attended NCSU back in the mid 80's and every year we would have an incident of this type of hateful expression on campus. I regret that I ever enrolled at NC State because there was always this since of white supremacy in the air. I think we MUST punish anyone that make threats towards someone life. the fact is that this was no mistake and was an intentional act.

I very MUCH agree with you. This is not right and somtning should be done about this so it will not happen again. When nothing is done it is said to be OKAY!

I can't believe that they are not being prosecuted. It's a crime to incite violence, communicate a threat, threaten to kill the President, plot to overthrow the Government, or yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater. These are hypocrites who think that flag burning should be banned, yet they support the right to call for the death of a human being-- and the President-elect no less!! This can only lead one place. I think we should kill all bigots, hypocrites,  and Republicans!

Last I checked the Constitution applies to this website.

Yes the students were wrong for writing what they did and should be punished somehow but not with expulsion. When people start defining what is free speech, the right ends up being taken from us.

Any kind of racism is wrong! During this election I saw lots of racism. Was Obama elected because your morals and beliefs aligned with his. Let history show, white people helped elect the first black president. How can people still call white people racist after this?

Realizing that this is not the issue, I hope you all can live with Obama's principles and lack of morals for which he stands especially for innocent unborn children. The people I asked couldn't tell me why they were voting for Obama, they couldn't tell me one thing he stood for and were quite shocked when I went down my list of the issues. So why did they vote for him? I hope you all will be equally as happy in 4 years with your choices.

For the record, I didn't like McCain either but at least he had a resume.

What is different about what these kids wrote about Obama in the "Free Expression" tunnel, which yes is for voicing opinion, and what you wrote about killing bigots, hypocrites and Republicans.  Maybe you should get prosecuted.  That would only be fair, Right?  Just because it involves white on black racism, did it get so much attention.  Think about it. Had John McCain won and 4 African American wrote lets kill that Whitey, or Cracker or whatever slang you want to use, you would not have even heard about it. This is America, a country that gives people rights and a voice.  You may not agree with everyone, but you certainly aren't better than anyone else.
