Join the over 500 women of all ages from Triangle who will race in the 15th Annual Women's Distance Festival 5K, sponsored by the NC Roadrunners Club. A co-ed children's run will take place after the women's race. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Interact.
This year's course will run through the historic Mordecai neighborhood and start and finish at the Halifax Community Center, near Peace College. Women of all ages are encouraged to participate. For many women, this event is often the first opportunity to take part in a group-running activity.

- 8:30 am Women's 5K Race
- 9:30 am Co-ed Children's Run
WHERE: Halifax Community Center, 1015 Halifax St., Raleigh, NC (north of Peace College)
- Race day registration will take place at the community center.
- Race will begin and end on Halifax St.
COST: $25 until Sept. 13 (online or postmarked)
- All women registered by Sept. 13 will receive a short-sleeved T-shirt.
