photo finish and signature

What photo editing program(s) do you use and how do you "sign" and "frame" your digital photos?
I use photoshop 6.0

I use photoshop 6.0. Once you finish you photo go to "image, resize" and use canvas. You will see a popup and you can place numbers in the upper and lower blocks. I use around .05 for the inter line, 1.10 for the matte and .75 for the frame. You get a choice of black, gray, white or other. If I want different colors I use other. The number I gave will vary depending on the size of you photo, you may want to play with the settings. I just use these numbers as a starting place.
