39 Days Locked Down!
Three year old Birdie, the female lab mix is in danger of losing her life. Wake Animal Center is full. There are no empty cages. The cages will be emptied by killing some dogs.
Since Birdie has occupied a cage for 39 days, she may be killed tomorrow or by Monday. Volunteers get a feel for when a dog will be killed. No joking!
Birdie will do well in a home without other dogs. She will need lots of love. She has lived through hell as a shelter dog. 24/7 around the clock in a cage with nothing...nada...not a toy, not a run on the grass.

Adoption: $120 spay, vaccines, microchip,heartworm test,rabies shot.
