The gang problem in NC comes

The gang problem in NC comes from bordem and lack of things to do except watch music videos and gangster movies the gang problem in places like LA and Chicago is multigenerational and that is a little harder to get control of but the kids in NC are immitating what they see on tv because they dont really have anything better to do build some of those arcades and teen clubs and stuff yall build in these rich white neighborhoods in the ghetto and u might not have as bad of a gang problem and the kids from the ghetto strongly influence kids in the suburbs so you would curve the suburban gang problem with that too but this is just my opinion but i tell you one thing building more jails and giving more money to prosecuters and law enforcement doesnt work all that does is send more young kids to jail and turns what is nothing but an impressionable teen into a harden criminal
