Tudor says Duke will be atop the ACC basketball standings next season

Here's the order the N&O's Caulton Tudor said the ACC teams will finish in the 2008-09 basketball season based on the assumption that those who have applied for the NBA Draft won't return (read the story here):

2. NORTH CAROLINA
3. WAKE FOREST
4. MIAMI
5. VIRGINIA TECH
6. CLEMSON
7. GEORGIA TECH
8. MARYLAND
9. N.C. STATE
10. BOSTON COLLEGE
11. FLORIDA STATE
12. VIRGINIA
