Just in case anyone has wondered whatever became of the old Beaufort Morehead Railroad's classic diesel locomotive once used during a bygone era, it is now located in storage along the tracks at the New Hope Valley Railway at Bonsal, NC. Someone working with the railroad museum at Bonsal may even know some more information about its history and how this old diesel locomotive was acquired too.
