Whoa! How many times have you read about countries/societies being hushed and said"I'm so glad I live in America where I can express myself freely and without fear of reprisal" Well, look around you; it's now happening here too!
How long will it take till we are imprisoned for taking a stand, having a viewpoint or having a dialogue on a subject in order to be able to make a decision on what's right for us individually (and collectively) to stay informed?
All of these things enable us all to make better decisions and garner more understanding.
I'm reminded of a line from an old comedy teams routine: "Slowly I turned, inch by inch, step by step".
