The Peace Pole at the NC State Fairgrounds
One more peace-theme photo from the State Fair, this one not related to the Peace Booth, but peripherally to Lutheran Peace Fellowship. This peace pole is located in the Village of Yesteryear in front of the old-timey church building. I shot this photo during the 2006 Fair, when it was fairly newly installed and replaced an earlier peace pole.
