November is National Adoption Awarness Month, and there will be a viewing of "Unlocking the Heart of Adoption" at the Richard B. Harrison Library at 1313 Newbern Avenue Raleigh, NC.
A discussion of this documentary will be held along with an update of the upcoming change in the NC adoption law.
