Through his research and practical experience, Payne has concluded that modern society has replaced coming-of-age rituals with intense social encounters. While experiencing some degree of social conflict and difference of opinion is vital to a child’s development, teasing that goes too far can create childhood trauma and interfere with learning. Payne provides tools to break free of the bully-victim paradigm and work towards resolution.

I’m letting folks know about an impromptu fun Halloween ride that will be open to anyone. This will be a slow east night ride through the country.

1. We will meet at Sheets on Alexander & Miami on Friday Oct 31st @ 6:00pm & leave @ 6:30pm.

2. The 1st stop at the Bynum Bridge for the pumpkin carvings etc.

3. The 2nd stop will be at another local Halloween site near Bynum.

4. The 3rd stop will be Chapel Hill to catch some of the street festivities.

5. The final stop will be at Papa Mojo’s for a costume contest. Mel Melton and the Wicked Mojo’s will be performing and the cost will be $10.00.
