Fresh Air

Your comments are a breath of fresh air! Spreading religious fear is a proven Republican tactic to manipulate public opinion - but the good news is that I don't think it's working this time around.

A columnist for the New York Sun, Ken Blackwell, is trying to make the case that Obama is the anit-Christ. Obama is a busy guy. He's a terrorist, a communist (Castro clone), a wannabe dictator (Hitler clone) a secret non-U.S.citizen, a pedolphile (did you note that picture of what appeared to be a leering Obama used at the end of that shameful ad about teaching kindergartners all about sex?), and anti-American. And of course, a Socialist.

BTW, am I the only person disturbed by McCain's derisive remark at the last debate regarding nuclear power when he mocked Obama for supporting nuclear power as part of an energy portfolio as long as the waste "was safe or something?" Jeez, does the guy not understand that spent fuel rods take thousands of years to become nonradioactive and are the most dangerous toxin on the planet? I haven't heard anyone comment about that and I wondered if I'm the only one who heard it.

I truly believe we are on the verge of a new age of equality, prosperity, and intelligent and responsible living, in spite of dirty politics. I look forward to Obama leading the way.

Regards.

Obama isn't Muslim. He's made this clear numerous times. But so what if he was. I know you aren't saying that Muslims are incapable of loving this country, or of serving wisely in any capacity.

I have no problem with Christ. His fan club is another matter entirely. Thank you for showing exctly how closed minded and fearful Christians can be. You are as bad as what you preach against.

Please, for the love of whatever deity you pray to, think before you open you mouth or simply reamin silent and don't prove yourself to be a fool

Quit Yer Whining

Obama has answered the question pertaining to Bill Ayers time and again. Obama was about 10 years old when Ayers belonged to the Weatherman. Charges were dropped against Ayers for Prosecutorial Misconduct. Does that sound like someone was making crap up about him? Maybe, maybe not! Ayers was named Citizen of the Year in Chicago. Many high profile Reps and Dems have served with Ayers on various projects. Get a GRIP folks! It appears that right wingers will only accept a nefarious answer.

How about John McCain's Terrorist ASSOCIATIONS? Certainly McCain's continuing relationship with the convicted Watergate burglar and domestic terrorist G. Gordon Liddy might suggest that is the case, if we are to apply the standards drawn by the McCain campaign. In 1998, Liddy gave a fundraiser in his Scottsdale, Arizona home for McCain's senatorial re-election campaign. The two posed for photographs together; and as recently as May, 2007, as a presidential candidate,McCain was a guest on Liddy's syndicated radio show. McCain heaped praise on his Liddy's values. During the segment, McCain said he was "proud" of Liddy, and praised Liddy's "adherence to the principles and philosophies that keep our nation great." Which of Liddy's "principles and philosophies" was McCain referring to? Liddy's advocacy of break-ins? Firebombings? Assassinations? Kidnappings?

What about ACORN? As recently as February 20, 2006, Senator McCain was the keynote speaker at an ACORN-sponsored Rally in Miami, Florida. McCain had no trouble fraternizing and praising ACORN in 2006 when their political interests coincided with his. Seems that McCain was FOR ACORN before he was AGAINST ACORN...... Which way will the wind blow tomorrow?

Joe the Plumber? It has been reported that this guy doesn't even have a Plumbing License and neither does his employer. It was also reported that Joe voted for McCain in the primary. A Republican plant? According to reports, Joe grosses about $40,000 (nowhere near the $250,000 NET to be taxed at a higher rate), he owes $1,200 in back taxes, so what is he worried about? He doesn't pay his taxes anyway.

Obama wants to spread the wealth? Technically, yes! And so does John McCain, except he wants to spread it to the wealthy 5% of the tax payers.

Simple - Barrack "Hussein" Obama: He is lying!!
Wow, three muslim names in the White House - this country is just plain stupid and putting our children in harms way. He and his wife are not patriotic and should not be allowed to be in office period.

Wake Up America

You do have one thing right, America need to wake up!! I think that people are so small mined. Don't you feel if Obama was a terrorist or connected with Bill Ayers or anyone else when a background check was conducted on him this would have been an issue? I surely would hope he would not been able to run for President. With the way our society is right now we can't even board a plan without being thoroughly checked out. Why wouldn’t they take greater precautions for someone that would be the head chief of the U.S. I think a little common sense used would help decide which candidate statements are lies and which ones are not lies unless you refuse to open your mind. God word also says judge and you should also be judged.

3rd Presidential Debate

I thought that Sen McCain did a very good job last night at the dedate. There were a few times that he needed to be a little tougher on Sen. Obama.
Come On America, Wake Up, if Sen Obama gets elected that puts him power with Pelosi and Reid. If you think that the economy is in bad shape now, you wait untill those three get together. I know more about how to spend my money than they do. I pay enough taxes already. As far as the middle class getting a "Tax Break", is that before or after Obama allows the Bush taxes to expire?
I would like to think that character still counts for something, apearantly some of the voting public no longer thinks so.

Wake Up America

I am very concerned by so much dishonesty and corruption that seems so rampant. What frightens me even more are those that excuse it and look the other way. There are many who claim they believe in God, but when you see their actions and their way of thinking, you must wonder. God's word says in the last days that wrong will become right and right will be wrong in the minds of many.

This year is the most contraversal year dealing with dishonesty and corruption within our government. We fail God and ourselfs by not seeking the truth. This is not about Dems VS Rep. but truth VS Lies and Good VS evil. We must ask ourselfs when concerns were raised by many and yes including our President, concerning Freddie and Fannie. Why did most Democrates vote not to regulate Freddie/Fannie. It does not excuse those that raised the concerns for not sounding the alarm loud enough. Questions should be raised and demand answers along with accountability for those that brought us to this point, which includes wall street,CEO'S of Freddie/Fannie/AIG/Leman Brothers ETC...

Questions must be raised when it concerns the Person who may lead our Country. My mother always taught me that you are judged by the company you keep. So it does concern me when I see the connections with Obama and Bill Ayers, Tony Rezco, Acorn, Louis Farcon in which a video was released with Louis Farcon calling Barak Obama the chosen one, the Mesiah, who has come to lead the young. This congregation was all muslim. His connection with Hamas, Saudi Arabia. These connections should scare us all and we should demand answers. This election is not about race but it can effect our freedom of religion. Where will this lead us as a free nation to whorship Jesus. A free nation to speak out, a free nation to vote in an honest and fair election. One nation Under God With Liberty and Justice For All. America needs to stand up, we have kept silent to long while we are moving towards a socialist society and we have chosen to ignore it amd keep our eyes closed. For me there are to many connections with those that would love noting more than to bring America down. We as Americans should be raising these issues. If we don't we have no one to blame but ourselfs.

I'm really freakin jealous that you were this close to Barack!! I'm dying to meet him. :) Did you talk to him when the camera wasn't rolling? If so, what did he have to say to you? I'm a little confused why he couldn't be on your blog since he's filmed all the time. Perhaps you could explain that a bit further to me. But, whatevs. I still love him!

Division

DID WE JUST LOOSE OUR RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS?

SO MUCH FOR OBAMA’S TRANSPARENCEY
Has Anyone Heard About This? Not even the candidates are saying anything about it on the campaign trial. WHY? It is a bill sponsored by OBAMA called the Poverty Act of 2007. It was rushed through the Senate in about 2 days. AND OUR ECONOMY BEING WHAT IT IS!!!! HOW DID YOUR SENATOR VOTE? HOW DID YOUR US REPRESENTATIVE VOTE FOR IT IN AUGUST, 2007? CALL THEM AND ASK.
THE SENATE UPDATE PAGE HAS NOT PUT THE VOTE OF THE SENATORS UP. THEY SAY THEY ARE ABOUT 2 OR 3 DAYS GETTING IT POSTED. THIS WAS ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO, SO YOU CAN’T SEE WHO VOTED FOR IT .
IN THE MEAN TIME MR. EROTIC, EXOTIC, ELITE OBAMA IS IN CALIFORNIA AT IRANIAN BILLIONIARE ALEX MEHRAN’S HOUSE TALKING ABOUT THE GUN-TOTIN’, BIBLE THUMPING, BACKWOODS PEOPLE OF PENNSYLVANIA. DO YOU THINK HE WAS ONLY TAKLING ABOUT PENNSYLVANIANS? NOT ON YOUR LIFE. HE WAS TALKING ABOUT EVERYONE OF US POOR PEOPLE IN EVERY STATE.
Well, we turned our heads for a second and got the shaft. I had heard a quick blip just before the one of the primaries in March that Senator Joe Biden pushing Obama’s Poverty Act of 2007 bill through the Senate. But then I never heard anything more. It had been scheduled for debate on April 24, 2008. So much for our media, huh? And why isn’t Obama crowing at the top of his voice about it?

•	This bill says that we, the people of the United States of America; every man, woman, child, nursing home patient, homeless person, indigent and poverty stricken person, poor or rich, black or white, Native American or Asian, EVERY PERSON LIVING, ALL *305,986,357 ESTIMATED POPULATION, REGARDLESS OF AGE, RACE, GENDER, RELIGION OR ETHICITY WILL NOW OWE THE UNITED NATIONS MILENNIUM GOALS RESOULTION MONEY. This is a phenomenal $845,000,000,000 BILLION!! THIS IS ABOUT $280 PER PERSON. (If you have a child age 5, another age 3 and an infant, plus you and your husband that will be a total tax bill to the United Nations of $1400.00 dollars.) **IT DOES NOT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION ALL THE OTHER MONEY PROVIDED BY THE UNITED STATES TO INDIVIDUAL AFRICAN COUNTRIES.

THIS IS WHERE THE UNITED NATIONS CAN IF SO DESIRED DEMAND YOUR GUNS BE GIVEN UP
(4) MILLENNIUM DEVELOPMENT GOALS- The term `Millennium Development Goals' means the goals set out in the United Nations Millennium Declaration, General Assembly Resolution 55/2 (2000).
• To take concerted action to end illicit traffic in small arms and light weapons, especially by making arms transfers more transparent and supporting regional disarmament measures, taking account of all the recommendations of the forthcoming United Nations Conference on Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons

DOES THIS HELP YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE DIVISION?
