I am glad that there is a forum such as this that helps stop foreclosures. I have told my friend about this site and she said that she will post her property here. Thanks again.

Charming 4 Bedroom house on 1/3 acre lot near SAS and Hwy 40

This is a 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bath and 2 car Garage home in popular subdivision, North Harrison Trace (just off Harrison avenue between Weston Parkway and Cary Parkway) with a walking/hiking/biking trail connecting to Umstead park.

This move-in-ready, immaculate home backs to 1/3 acre private lot. Enjoy fresh air in the screened Porch next to the Family room and have a BBQ party on the paved Patio. There are plenty of raised garden beds to grow your own vegetables and Plants. The entrance has a big sit-in Front Porch. The Front lawn is beautifully landscaped.

The inside is just as nice as the outside. Downstairs, there is a formal Living room and Dining room, a large Family room with a brick Fireplace, a big Kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and a separate breakfast area. The half-bath is located in the Hallway, giving extra privacy to guests coming from the formal Living room.

Upstairs is the master Bedroom with a tray ceiling, an attached Bath with double doors and a Walk-in closet. The Bathroom has a dual sink vanity, garden tub and separate shower bath. There are three more large Bedrooms with plenty of closet space. In the middle of Hallway, there is a full Bathroom and Laundry Closet, including Washer and Dryer connections.

Moreover, there is a large Basement, having plenty of storage area.

* 4 Bedrooms, with remote control ceiling fans.
* Formal Living room and Dining room.
* Family room with Fireplace.
* 2 Full Bath and 1 half Bath
* 2 Car Garage
* Basement for storage.
* Fridge (double door) with ice-maker
* Stove with powerful outside exhaust.
* Laundry closet for Washer and Dryer
* Attached Screened Porch and paved patio
* 1/3 acre lot with complete Privacy.

I would have probably never thought of this caption but sometimes the events and circumstances under which a photo is made can help to create them. This Dandelion didn't last more than a moment after this picture was taken!

Expressing humor in still photos is a challenge ... and rarely seen. Nice close-up composition, too, by the way.

Budget Cut

The Ug99 research budget cut was unbelievable if you ask me and I'm biting my tongue with a diamond anvil just trying to remain civil and composed about the issue and that might still not be enough... Just typing 'Wheat' into Google and seeing what comes up on the first page is plenty enough to show how important it is and where most of the world's wheat is (still being) grown, but for how long?

Yes, I read the item ...

... in the N&O about this yesterday, and I too have concerns. (That research budget cut was almost too big to be believed -- around 65 or 75 percent, wasn't it?)

Sounds as if you have some farming experience in your past, Java. I fear that the majority of the U.S. population tends to disregard threats to the food supply because they haven't any immediate association with agriculture. They place blind faith in a production system which expects them to know little or nothing about it.

No doubt it'd be preaching to the choir, but you might enjoy a documentary, made a few years ago by the late Jerry Garcia's spouse, titled "The Future of Food." Eye-opening.
