The hail stones on Friday night/Saturday morning made holes in the fabric cover of my grill!! And the next morning there were hail stones still sitting on the chairs on my patio. Weird weather.

It was very orange! I have often wondered what affects the colours at sunset-it seems the warmer the air the redder the sunset. Yesterday evening by the time I took this which was around 7.40pm it was very chilly!! There were long shadows on the playing fields and the wind was blustery,but the sunset was very beautiful and very orange!

remember the drought

That is why I am alarmed when I see articles in the news paper that say the drought is over,water restrictions are back to pre-drought etc etc. We can never be too careful when it comes to such a precious commodity as drinking water. All we need are 2 to 3 dry summer months and we could be back to where we were just a few weeks ago (prior to the rain).
