Hasn't she had quite enough from the media and
the bloggers peppering her with low, vulgar and common insults?
It's embarrassing to live in a country with the unwashed, untutored 'little people' who cannot talk about ideas, rather who lambaste personalities.
No, she won't run for the White House--she just wants out of the spotlight and out of sight of the jealous, resentful people who have no manners, no brains, and no couth.

She resigned because she could not tolerate the constant
personal attacks against her and her family--the continual barrage of bitter, hostile insults. She resigned because
the libs in the Alaska legislature, like sheep, turned on her personally--not on the governance, mind you, but to hurt her personally, because sheep follow sheep right over the cliff.

I think there are three possible reasons that she's resigned her position. One, she's afraid the economic fallout in Alaska will make her look bad, and it's easier to quit than look strong, deal with it and possibly fail. Two, she's afraid of a scandal we don't know about yet. Three, she's going back to school to learn all the stuff she doesn't know about the world outside Alaska (think geography for starters) and she's afraid we'll notice she doesn't know much.

She has no chance of ever being elected President. Her base is far too small and she does not have wide appeal. She's stuck in the past and doesn't have the intellectual capacity to move forward to any significant degree. We've elected stupid people to office before, but never anyone this stupid.

She's not going forward, folks. She's definitely going the other way. The polls will not be favorable, especially since the GOP has distanced Palin from the current agenda. You might wonder, what agenda? Still, Palin's damage to the campaign will not be forgotten in three years, and quitting in the midst of ethics investigations only adds to the bad image she's helped create. But some will hold out hope for Palin because there's always the publicity heart string of "family values."

USA needs one elected official who is for the people - not themselves. The media is cruel to Mrs.Palin because she speaks truth but when media attack children the line has been overstepped and that is the reason I do not watch any local tv programs in my home.

"If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen." Palin has brought on the media attention because of her own goofs and gaffs. The Dems must be drooling at the possibility of her running for President. Obama will tie her in knots. Can you imagine a debate over the Isreal/Palastinian conflict - Palin couldn't find it on a map! She not gonna run - she can't even handle Alaska. She'll be another TV pundit like Rush, popular with the right-wing knuckle draggers, and will make a fortune.

She is cashing in! She will never have this type of earning power again in her life. She cost the Republicans the White House but they are not smart enough to know.
