Obama New President of the USA

My husband and I talked about the results of the election and I expressed to him to know that as the peoples will has been done - as they wanted - God still controls all.

We are never to forget - we may have a change in the leadership of the USA - But God still controls all things and HE HAS NOT AND NEVER WILL CHANGE. The outcome of that battle was won on the cross many years ago when He made the choice for us all and we are still under His leadership no matter who is the leader of this nation.

We as Christians still must follow God’s word and pray for that leader that the people have chosen as he will face many challenges in delivering on promises he has made to those people that put their faith in him. Our focus still must be on the God of Calvary who only can deliver on the promise He made to us as Christians - the promise of eternal life.

So happy about the outcome, but how embarassing it is for NC that our polls closed 5 1/2 hours ago and there is still no word on votes according to MSNBC!
