People:

Please, let's have an intelligent, well educated president for a change.

In today's world, America can't afford to have a hockey mom and some older, out of touch gentleman in the White House.

The world will pity the USA if McCain/Palin are elected.

Think. Vote.

With the news coming out the

With the news coming out the Sarah Palin has spent 150 grand on clothing, she is no longer allowed to say or insenuate that Barack Obama is an elitist. It's just that simple, which is ironic, because considering Obama's less-than-privileged background, one would think they'd never dream of calling him an elitist in the first place. Asside from Obama's law schooland college universities, there's nothing elitist about it. And in fact he chose a very non elite route when he graduated from Harvard, when he could have chosen big bucks at a prestigious law firm.

Can we focus on the economy?

Can we focus on the economy? Please vote for Barack. Imagine what 4 more years will do to this nation.

http://barackforus.com/2008/10/15/please-read-and-tell-me-how-we-cant-change-our-direction-now/

Palin has lied about everything that she claimed. I don't trust her for anything. The Palin's wanted to secede from the United States of America. http://barackforus.com/2008/10/06/todd-palin-alaska-independence-party/

you vote for the female version of Jeff Foxworthy of you know you're a redneck if you're no smarter than a 5th grader fame to become the vice-president of the United States. Wink, wink, thumbs up... the new insult to intelligent women everywhere.

McCain - Palin ticket

Palin's awe-inspiring speech was written even before McCain decided who was going to be his VP. Afetr his quick decision it was tailored to fit her, so do not attribute the clever speech to her. The sass, sarcasm and demeaning partisanship, yes. Look at the issues, not the glitz & glamor.

She talks poorly of the Good Ol' Boys... She IS a Good Ol' Boy without the parts! She is tough & a go-getter to be sure, but don't be decieved to think she hasn't taken the hides off of those that she climbed over on the way. That is not diplomatic, and we need someone who can work with others, not use them.

I loved her speechwriter's saying that she isn't in the Washington ELITE - well guess who is - her boss, McCain. WOO, what - she's going to get rid of him & his cronies? McCain voted 90% of the time with Bush - what kind of change can we expect if they are voted in. My stomach turns at the thought of it. She is in with them, don't let that angry little sister act fool you. Do you think McCain would have her on his ticket if she was going to stir it up for him?

I love those that praise her Pro-Life & Pro-Guns in the same breath - how can THAT be??? What are Guns for, precisely???

Does NOT believe that global warming has anything to do with human's interaction with our environment. HUH? Again, shows how totally out of touch she is. Even McCain agrees there is a problem.

Intolerant of Jewish beliefs, and thinks that God can change a homosexual to a hetero - HUH? Pray for that, pray for the Alaskan pipleline, pray for God's Holy War - she did say that the war was God's will. Again HUH? (?)

Pro-life and promoting abstinence...it is likely that if she was more in touch with the world her 17 year old daughter would not be in the predicament she is in. Maybe Palin (the MOTHER) should have spent more time parenting than she did politicing? If Palin is working all the time, who is raising HER baby?

You CANNOT be all things to all people. I am for a woman in politics, I am for a woman choosing to have a family, and yes, they can be done together. BUT...don't play the Mother-of-the-Year card & then say that your failures as a parent don't count or that to point thme out is unfair or sexist. SHE put herself up to critiism when she took the public spotlight.

Her speechwriters in DC have here demeaning those requesting federal earmarks & last year SHE had the SINGLE HIGHEST RATE of federal earmark requests per person per capita! She took her incoming budget SURPLUS and turned it into a 22 million DEBT in two years. Cahnge - you betcha!

She is a small town mayor with small town values, and an old west cowboy mentality. You can't just go around doing whatever suits you. She fired the police chief beacuse he wouldn't fire her ex-bro-in-law. TShe requested that the library CENSOR books because she thought them unacceptable - that is ILLEGAL.

Alaska is a great frontier and we SHOULD be doing more to look at our own soil for energy - absolutely. It is great that Palin has given us the opportunity to become more aware of it. But if anything happened to McCain (and as the OLDEST campaigning pres in history)do we want her in charge - Dear God, and I pray as I write this - PLEASE NO!

Palin

It's astounding the number of people who are saying that Palin be home taking care of children rather than running for office! How many people would DARE say that about a male candidate? Is anybody saying Obama is putting his political career ahead of his daughters? Surely nobody suggested that Robert Kennedy should stay home with his 11 children rather than run for office.

Get real, hypocrites! Criticize her on the issues if you wish, but quit telling her to stay home barefoot and pregnant and quit questioning her judgement because of the names she gave her children. None of this is relevant to her ability to be an excellent VP, face down terrorists, take decisive action, kick butt. The woman is NOT a wimp, and the last thing we need are naive political leaders who are wimps.

143 days?

Where does everyone get the informaiton that Obama was in office for 143 days? He was sworn in Jan. 2005. Do the math! he's been in the senate a lot longer than Palin has been governor.

McCain vs. Obama & Palin vs. Biden

First of all, how can we elect a man (Obama) who has only been in his job for 143 days in the Senate? He has no experience. Is this who you want as head of the free world?
Would you hire a college graduate and after only 4 1/2 months of work, tell him or her, let's tell the Board of Directors, we want to make you CEO.

Palin may not be known, but as a mother of 5, she has more experience under her belt than any man that has been working in Senate for decades. What's the saying, behind every man is a great/strong woman. As a hockey mom, she's got it altogether and then some!

Republicans must think women are brain dead

This election is very serious and people need to THINK!!! Why would ANY ONE vote for a party that is so against women's rights, could care less about the working middle class, the environment, global warming and put a woman, whom we have heard about for a whole week and a half, on the ticket to be president in the event McCane were to die in office? That is REALLY scary to me. Elizabeth Dole would have been a better running mate. At least she's been around DC for 40 years, is a senator, married to a senator, has more experience, votes with Bush and we know who she is and what she stands for. McCane isn't going to shake up Washington. So, she would have been prefect for the status quo. PAY ATTENTION: McCane and Palin are bluster and hot air with no substance; same old stuff in a different package. Bush Fooled us twice, we shouldn' be fooled again!

Now that both presidential candidates have selected potential VP's, who made the better choice? McCain choosing Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, right, or Obama's choice of Joe Biden? Will the fact that Palin is a woman sway Hillary Clinton supporters?
