Either him or Bloomberg. McCain should forget about the conservatives and should avoid anyone associated with Bush at all costs (e.g., Rice). Leiberman is a hawkish moderate who jibes well with McCain's restrained but powerful military message, and Bloomberg would be fiscally helpful.

If you don't know anything about Sarah Palin the extraordinarily popular govenor of Alaska, just google her name. She 42, experienced political executive, appropriately conservative, smaller government advocate, has a super family and is very telegenic (in other words most guys will have a schoolboy crush on her) She is so real and down to earth.

You are mistaken when you dump on the VA and their Doctors.
Yes they have residents working on us vet’s..

The VA has taken great care of me and many others.
I have had many surgeries due to the degenerative disc and joint disease with no issues to date...
All my med’s. come from the VA, mental health, social services and so on are all VA programs.

I have no medical insurance and if it was not for the VA many of us would not be here today.

Obliviously you either don’t know enough about the VA or maybe your attitude toward them have caused them to overlook you?????

If you don’t like the service don’t use it. They don’t need you to start with…

That will allow someone that will appreciate the VA to be helped.

him down at the UN by giving him information that they
knew to be unverified at best.

As to WMD in Iraq: Clinton for eight years, the UN for even more years also said they had them. Iran and the Kurds knew they had them because they were used on them.

Everybody needs to get over blaming Bush for winning in 2000 and in 2004 and in going after the terrorists and killing a dictator in Iraq that has harmed more people that the US or all of the political parties in Iraq put
together.

The time is for us to start supporting our leaders right now and in the future no matter who wins for this next election. Support our servicemen by giving them a voucher system for health care so the VA will not hurt them anymore, and dismantle the largest medical operation in the US. Would you let your children be operated on by residents in training from the University medical schools? That is the situation with most of the VA Medical Centers. The money we spend on the VA Med Centers would pay for top knotch professional care in the private sector.
