Raleigh Roundabout Candidate List... RRCL.

Nominate your favorite candidate intersection where a well-designed roundabout [traffic circle, to some of you] would improve the overall flow of traffic.

describe the intersection's location and why you think a roundabout would be an improvement.

(little-known fact: where many roundabouts have replaced traffic-signal controlled intersections, serious accidents have dropped nearly 50% ! Why? much fewer t-bone collisions, and fender-benders that do happen, happen at lower speeds, so the damages are much less severe [and less expensive, too....] )

hey, maybe we should have a WCRCL, too... for all of Wake County?!
