Community College For Legal American's ONLY

NON CITIZENS: if entering into the USA is so important - do it legally like my family did.

GOVERNMENT: You Blew It MANY years ago by failing to support the laws which were in place when this was seen as a problem.

SOLUTION:

Change the law to NO FREE CITIZENSHIP just because you are born here.

Government must issue National Rights Cards To ALL American's (like the old work permits) IF you are a legal citizen of the USA only - it is FREE - IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER It costs $100.00 per month for each person 18 and over - Those children of foreigner's are $25.00 a month. This card does NOT allow citizens of other countries to purchase real estate for any reason.

Those Who Employ Illegal Workers (those with out a National Rights Card) Are fined $5,000.00 per criminal employee to help compensate for the expense of deportation.

Like what I am saying pop in at www.TheBasicsAbout.com and join my five new forums - one of which is POLITICAL.

Community College for Illegal Immigrants

I am the family doctor for several highschool students whose parents brought them here when they were infants. Now, they are outstanding students at their high schools. They are drug free, ambitious, and eager to get an education. Their parents work hard and pay state and federal taxes.

If we deny these bright young people the opportunity to gain an education what can we expect them to do? They want to obey our laws, but if we shut them out of educational opportunities and prohibit them from getting a drivers license, then we must be prepared to deal with increased crime and gang activity. Haven't we learned yet that it is cheaper for taxpayere to provide education that leads to productive jobs than to lock frustrated young people in prison?

I am also the family doctor for spoiled upper and middle class "American"kids who abuse alcohol, marijuana, and cocaine and resent having to get out of bed before noon. They want to go to the community colleges because it's easier than holding down a job and their parents will continue to support them. They are wasting their opportunity (and our tax dollars) at the expense of committed "Illegals" who would give their right arm to get an education.

The people of North Carolina need to take a lead in this issue and assert that the "American Dream" is for those who are honest and work hard. We must make community college available to the best students regardless of their parents immigration status.

Illegal Immigration woes

This is not a NIMBY protest. I like Latinos and I am trying to learn the Spanish language. However, illegal immigration is generating major problems in the United States.

It is unacceptable that we have untold millions of unidentified aliens residing, not just visiting, in America. A national identity card or a passport system could help to drastically reduce the number of illegal aliens in this country. Employers, including homeowners and companies that hire day laborers, should not hire anyone who is not a legal resident of the United States. People without proper ID should be denied employment and access to public services, except for medical care. To increase the effectiveness of identity cards and passports, these forms of ID should be personalized with a fingerprint or preferably with some more sophisticated scannable method of identification such a retina scan or DNA check.

Educating the children of illegal aliens puts a burden on school systems. Checking national identification cards or passports of parents of school children could help quantify the number of such children currently in our schools. If we reduce the number of illegal aliens who can find employment, this problem should subside.

Emergency room waiting time has increased drastically. However, we cannot refuse emergency medical aid to anyone in need. I believe that the demand for free medical care would decline as illegal aliens, unable to find employment, leave the country. The demands on police departments would also decline as unemployed illegal aliens move back to their country of origin.

There are two McDonald’s restaurants that I frequently visit, one in Durham, NC and one in Chapel Hill, NC. In the past few years I have seen the these restaurants go from being predominantly staffed by English-speaking black and white American citizens to being staffed by predominantly and often staffed completely by Latino people. I often have difficulty ordering because the person taking my order knows very little English. I recently complained online to McD management about problems getting the correct takeout order, and also about the fact that the staff was predominantly Latino. I asked whether so many Hispanic people could all be legal.

On recent visits to the Golden Corral in what used to be South Square in Durham, NC, I observed that all bus persons and dining room attendants spoke Spanish.

About five years ago, we had the gas furnace replaced in our home. It was installed by two men who were obviously American citizens. In 2007 we had our AC system replaced. An English-speaking, obviously American, man drew pictures and used gestures to explain to two Hispanic men some details about the furnace installation. He left, and the Hispanic men installed the inside unit and the outside unit. After they finished the installation, these men were looking at my garden and I tried to talk to them about it, but their English did not seem to be adequate to handle even elementary conversation.

Not too many years ago, gardening and landscaping were done by Americans, but many times now when I see a truck and trailer hauling grass-cutting equipment, there are only Hispanic men in the truck.

When I travel to other parts of NC, I see that this situation seems to be replicated throughout the state. How many of these workers are not in this country legally?

In the long run, the greatest danger to this country from illegal immigration is that politicians might again grant amnesty to illegal aliens.

In 1987, then President Ronald Reagan signed into law an amnesty program granting many individuals who were in the US unlawfully an opportunity to gain lawful permanent resident status. A few million people were granted amnesty and became permanent US residents.

If amnesty were to be granted again, the number of added permanent US residents could exceed 20 million. No one really knows how many illegal immigrants are in this country today. Several years ago I read a prediction that the United States will be 50 percent Latino by 2050. That may have been a conservative prediction.

Latinos are showing their political clout in the 2008 presidential primary in Nevada.

America has been a melting pot. People have come from many parts of the world and have blended into one nation. Our melting pot could be overwhelmed by so large an influx of one group of people. If the Latino group becomes large enough, they could control the country with their votes, possibly making us the Northern United States of México. Immigration should continue to bring in people of many cultures and education levels, from many parts of the world. Great numbers of people with no education would not be a good addition. Mexico and other Latin American countries are probably happy to export uneducated people who then send millions of dollars back to their home country.

When people say we need to allow illegal aliens to work in the United States because they are poor and need the work, I think about pictures of poor starving African babies with bloated stomachs. Their parents need more help than do people living in Mexico, Central America, or South America.

Taxpayers are supporting the higher education of illegal aliens

Slowly but surely the special interest lobby, is enacting small portions of the comprehensive reform program. Brought to us by Kennedy, McCain, Reid, Pelosi and a whole host of their thrall, that follows the leaders in our government. I don't have to tell you our government is skimming our taxes, to pay for all the illegal immigrants needs. Its corporate welfare, so business do not have to pay to subsidize them. Millions of more guest workers are being alowed to enter our nation, with their large extended families. Everything you cannot get for free is, mostly secretly rewarded to illegal foreign nationals. Now Americans must now spend their hard-earned dollars on the illegal immigrant children, who want to go to University. Now the Federal government says this is allowed. But has anybody asked citizen students or their parents, while their taxes are paying for their education.

Alas, there is a large criminal mentality, that has spread to America with the gigantic influx of people from across the Southern border. Americans are a compassionate people, but with the 12 to 30 million illegal alien occupation of our country has come the deranged filth of humanity. It doesn't seem to matter to many of our corrupt politicians, that amongst the cheap labor has come an inventory of unhinged, violent individuals.

The biased media will not reveal the ugly truth? About the incessant murders, female and child violations, the drunken drivers and the carnage that goes on in every community within our borders. Each day their is an incessant small reports of (DUI) intoxicated illegal immigrants, not generally found in the national press. These incidents are mostly suppressed because of the current uproar about the illegal immigration invasion. Our courts are overworked, our jails and prisons full, so many of these individuals are released back into the general public again. Many receive a slap on the wrist and then go out on the roads, to ultimately kill innocent families. As an example Special Order 40 in Los Angeles county has allowed violent gangs to propagates. This is far from an isolated incident, as the press does not elaborate that this goes on unfettered around the country. The unrestricted evidence about our open border and the pending Federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088) and the new Presidents AMNESTY.

For the stark unsuppressed reality of the truth, about the illegal immigration invasion, that can only be found on the Internet. NUMBERSUSA, JUDICIAL WATCH, LIBERTY POST, IMMIGRATION NEWS INDEXER, UNIPAC and VDARE. The fact that tainted Democrats like Sen.Harry Reid, House speaker Pelosi are obstructing this important measure, shows you they do not want to enact this new law. Don't let politicians or the pro-illegal immigration lobby make judgements for you...?

Keep calling your Congressmen today to co-author THE SAVE ACT! KEEP CONSTRUCTING THE FENCE! Toll free numbers include 18778516437 and 18662200044, or 12022243121 AND REGISTER YOUR OUTRAGE at ongoing efforts to keep our country from enforcing its immigration laws!

Remember tainted Democrats are obstructing this laws enactment, knowing full-well of the new AMNESTY that will be forced upon us after the new president takes office.

"We need Irate voices to shout out our frustration in anger in unison, from million of Americans."

My opinion is that irate voices shouting in frustration and anger, are probably counterproductive to a bipartisan solution. Most of us who have witnessed recent American politics on CSPAN will probably submit that contentious issues like this one, simply do not move forward without some sort of bipartisan agreement.

The bottom line is this: Either all interested parties compromise equally, or we put this bad boy on the shelf just like we've been doing for the last 10 years.

Raise your voice! For AMERICAS SURVIVAL!

We need Irate voices to shout out our frustration in anger in unison, from million of Americans.

The only way we can change any law, is for citizens and permanent residents to get off their hands. Its so easy for hundreds of thousands of people to complain on the Internet, but they need to back it up with action. Both political parties are corrupted, by the special interest lobby, so it's difficult to get past their money machine that feeds the tainted politics in Washington.
But 'we the people' are the voters and millions of voices can produce results.
In the next few weeks the illegal alien squatters are going to be marching. Their is really no estimate of the size and some say it might collapse, because (ICE) will be their with special cameras and other equipment. Once again they will be waving foreign flags and banners screaming for equal rights as citizens.

All encompassing is THE FEDERAL SAVE ACT (H.R.4088) which would cost hardly any money to adopt, and would start a serious exodus of foreign nationals back across our borders, or even flying home. This radical demonstration will only upset more legal immigrants, specifically ones who have waited in line for years to enter America.
Americans who are furious and inhibited by our politicians, who have prioritized illegal immigrants, should make their voices heard. this is likely to be the last chance, before the next president signals another AMNESTY in the next session of Congress. If we do not fight for our rights now, the next AMNESTY will be upon us. Once that easy path to citizenship, which taxpayers will be supporting. The next eruption of destitute people will verge towards our poor border.

The time for action is now, because when you have morons like a U.S. Attorney who state that our limited immigration laws are more or less meaningless. Then any Democrat, Republican or any other party members should be driven out of office.

Illegal immigration is all encompassing your Jobs and economic growth, energy independence, health care access, education and an overcrowded prison system. All these issues are impacted by the 12 to 30 million illegal immigration invasion.

Find out the unsuppressed truth at these websites: GRASSFIRE, NUMBERSUSA, JUDICIAL WATCH, LIBERTY POST, IMMIGRATION NEWS INDEXER, UNIPAC and VDARE.

Anyone who suggests there is

Anyone who suggests there is a simple answer to this complex problem is unrealistic. When politicians say the words "comprehensive reform", what they are really saying is multi-faceted reform where no extreme positions are taken.

It is impossible to deport 12 million people. It is impossible to build a 1300 mile impassasble barrier, and parts of it are so dangerous to traverse that it cannot be done.

Most illegal aliens would gladly subjugate themselves to the law, and subscribe and participate in all forms of documentation, if it benefitted them to do so. So long as the primary function of law works against them, they will evade the law at all costs. Make it worthwhile to subscribe to it.

Anyone who has married a wife or husband from another country can tell you how unfriendly our immigration procedures are. You have to understand the fundamental problems of that system before you can blame someone who circumvents the process which is by reasonable definition: broken.

Stop complaining about illegal immigration...?

Stop Complaining! Do something...?

We have been invaded by 12 to 30 million people, who have no right to be on our shores?

WE MUST ENACT A FEDERAL ENFORCEMENT ONLY LAW!

THE SAVE ACT (H.R.4088) IS THAT FEDERAL LAW?

That is what the majority of the American people want!

That is why I want Congress to enact THE SAVE ACT! Everybody! That mean everybody must prove who they are when taken a job. The leading Democrats are already trying to gut it, but some new party members are not of the same mind? Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) plan for rigged hearings, as well as her larger plan to grant legal work permits for millions of illegal aliens currently holding jobs and huge increases in H-2B and H-1B visas for all types of foreign workers. These hearings are designed to give week-kneed politicians an excuse for not signing the discharge petition.

The Democrats are playing on the publics fear of the $30 billion dollar actual cost to implement this law. They note that while the CBO analysis estimates the cost of implementing the SAVE Act, it fails to take into account the costs of doing nothing because it “ignore(s) education, medical, and incarceration costs for illegal aliens that our government absorbs every day. The 37 million immigrants in the United States, both legal and illegal, cost the federal government more than $346 billion last year, twice as much as the nation's fiscal deficit, according to a report released yesterday by the Hudson Institute THE SAVE ACT, will be a great innovative tool to stop the millions of illegal aliens stealing employment from the American people. In addition The E-Verify program provides employers with an inexpensive, quick, and accurate way to verify employee eligibility. Last, but not least, the SAVE Act would address interior enforcement by employing more ICE agents, training additional state and local law enforcement personnel, and expediting the removal of illegal aliens.

America cannot afford to enact another AMNESTY? The ramifications are unthinkable on each states economy? Taxpayers will have to support even more illegal immigrants as the word gets out and millions more will pour into our nation. Read the suppressed truth at NUMBERSUSA! AMERICAN PATROL! GRASSFIRE! UNIPAC! VDARE! FAIRUS! NOT the lies of the special interest lobby!

Keep calling your Democratic Congressmen today to co-author THE SAVE ACT! Toll free numbers include 18778516437 and 18662200044, or call toll 12022243121 AND REGISTER YOUR OUTRAGE at ongoing efforts to keep our country from enforcing its immigration laws!

ONLY YOU CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE?

YOU CAN PETITION TO COMPLETE THE BORDER FENCE HERE http://www.grassfire.org

Gov't Out of Control

We have lost control of our government and those who are supposed to represent us. The interests and well-being of the citizens of this state have been set aside as the politicians push their agendas aimed towards the special interests groups and business community. It is time to reclaim that control.

We have complacently sat by as those we have elected and those appointed by them have ignored our voices and thumbed their noses at us. We have watched as thousands of illegals have been given N.C. driver's licenses with the full knowledge of DMV officials, our legislators, and the governor. We watch as thousands of illegals drive our highways without licenses and without insurance, have wrecks, and our police and court system ignore the illegal nature of their acts and allow them back into our society. We watch as the children of illegals are allowed onto the Medicaid rolls, thereby also opening the doors for the "caretakers", i.e., parents, to also qualify for so-called "public assistance" as the department heads, our legislators and the Council of State and Governor do nothing. We watch as children of illegals are admitted into our school systems, admitted into the free-meal programs, and educated at the citizen's expense while the local school boards, state school officials, and the state politicians turn their heads. Are we also going to stand by as the so-called governing boards of our educational system now allow adult illegals to be admitted into our public college system, thereby taking not only the seat of a legal resident of this state but also your tax dollars?

It is time for us to put an end to all of this by getting rid of those we have put into public office and by demanding that the appointees be replaced. Contact those representing you and let them know how you feel.

Defend North Carolina

It is the NC Legislature, not Bowles or Lancaster, that appropriates tax dollars for the tuition support of North Carolina's public colleges and universities. Erskine Bowles and Martin Lancaster appear determined to operate, not only outside their jobs, but above the state and federal immigration laws. They are appointing themselves lawmakers! There is an organization that is already tracking this felony to fiscally support illegal immigration: Americans for Legal Immigration, www.alipac.us. Bottom line: the only way NC taxpayers won't ultimately subsidize the education of illegal aliens is if the legal residents of NC slam the legislature, the governor's office, and the UNC Board of Governors. Call or write all three!

Illegal Alien In-state College Tuition

We have paid for them to receive a free Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade education (a High School diploma), including offering special needs (e.g., English as a 2nd language). During that time, we also paid for them to receive free school lunch (and breakfast, where available) each school day (as many as 2,340 lunches). We also required our medical providers to provide health care, regardless of ability to pay. In some places, assisted housing and food stamps is also available.

Now, after all that, we have to offer in-state college tuition rates to a group of people who, upon graduation, cannot legally work in the state, or even anywhere in the country? Our laws are set up for the common wealth of the people - how is that in the interests of the common wealth of the people?

TUITION FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS

ERSKINE BOWLES IS A IDOT. HE DOESN'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ILLEGAL AND LEGAL IMMIGRANTS. OUR COLLEGE SYSTEM NOW IS OVER BURDEN WITH TO MANY APPLICANTS FOR SO FEW SLOTS. I THINK THE TAXPAYERS ARE TIRED OF SUPPORTING PEOPLE WHO ADDS TO OUR ECONOMY IN A NEGATIVE WAY.

This makes me so mad!

I can not even believe this is under consideration!!! I was born an American, I am a proud American. My parents paid all their taxes, did their part for their community and more. I was nearly a 4.0 student and very invloved in high school, student body president and the whole nine yards. But I decided to go out of state for school and I paid the full cost of out-of-state tuition. It makes me so mad & upset to know that me & my family are following the rules, doing everything thing right as Americans but I feel like being legal in this country is becoming a punishment. The illegals get more breaks and benefits for not following the rules and not paying their taxes!!! College tuition is already sky high but now we are expected to help pay for the illegals to get a better deal at school than I did? I just can not even begin to describe how angry this subject makes me. ILLEGALS DO NOT DESERVE IN STATE TUITION!

Illegal Aliens

Try not paying your taxes and see how fast the federal, state and local governments will seize your home, assets bank accounts and garnish your wages. The majority of illegal aliens are not paying federal, state and local taxes but are receiving a free ride on the American taxpayers. We are being forced to pay for medical care, education, welfare, law enforcement and representation in our courts for these freeloaders who should not be here in the first place. The majority of our govermnet leaders and so called elite thinkers rather than enforce our laws are deceiving us with lame do nothing exscuses and false promises.
We already have immigration laws that will work or would have worked if they were enforced. All of the presidential candidates with the exception of a couple have no interest in enforcing our laws. TO THEM I SAY ENFORCE OUR LAWS, NO SPECIAL LAWS, NO ENTITLEMENTS, AND NO AMNESTY!!!
