Since this is happening in a lot of different sports, I would rather propose a new category in each sport: "Best performer using artificial means". This would require no trophy, banquet, etc. but would serve as a reminder that although this person holds the alltime record, they did not actually earn it fairly. Otherwise, in a few years, someone will "reinvent the wheel" and it will happen all over again. He WAS fun to watch when we thought he was naturally talented.

Bonds should be stripped

Barry Bonds should be stripped of his record. I don't care what he's convinced his followers, it's fairly clear that he was involved in misuse of steroids. He's also a delusional egotist who clearly believes he is above the law. Hank Aaron was an honorable man and deserves to retain the record.
