Thank you so much for your very kind comments! Actually, we live in a densely populated area, but have a tiny patch of woods behind us. We moved here four years ago and I have been thrilled to see birds I have never seen before!

NonMar, it is a window-mounted feeder (tray with suction-cups) from Wild Birds Unlimited and it works like a charm! My weirdest customer was a crow! WBU has been a life-saver regarding squirrels! We have their pole-system and it also works like a charm against squirrels and raccoons!!

You must live near a wooded area to get such wonderful shots of birds such as this red-headed woodpecker. As an avid birder, that is a dream of mine. I enjoy the photos you post, keep 'em comming!
