These trucks should not be allowed to re-tread their tires. They should have to purchase new tires. I believe this would eliminate over half of the tire debris on the roads. I recently had a lot of damage to my car when someone hit a truck tire that was on the highway and it flew into my car. (I thank GOD everyone was ok) but it cost me the $500 deductible. That's not right.
I could find a much better use for that $500.00
