This young hummingbird sat at the feeder cautiously watching me while I made this photo at my mother's home in Chatham Co. To numerous to count, these little jewels sip sugar water from her three feeders and nectar from the blooms of her beautiful bleeding hearts.

Awesome Job!
This is a great shot of the little bird. I put a Hummingbird feeder in my flowerbed for the first time this year, and I almost get a haircut everytime I get near it. These little beauties swarm, squawk, fuss, fight, and feed from the time the sun comes up 'till it goes down! I also bought and installed two feeders for my grandmother, and there are countless Hummers at her house too. I've not been able to get a clear photo of any of them, but I took 20 minutes of video one day. In one clip, there were four of them under her porch, fighting all at once. Thanks for sharing a photo of my favorite bird!
