RALEIGH, N.C. (July 8, 2008) – The Raleigh Public Relations Society will host a lunch meeting on the topic “Getting Promoted” on July 22.
Mark Schofield of Mark Schofield Consulting will be the guest speaker. Schofield will share strategies for getting into bigger and better positions in the public relations industry and related communications fields.
The luncheon will take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Quinn’s, located in the Crabtree Valley Marriott (4500 Marriott Drive). Those planning to attend should RSVP via e-mail to Kelly Hubbard, hospitality chair at kelly@largemouthpr.com by Friday, July 18. Reservations are needed to ensure that adequate seating is available. The cost is $12 for members, $20 for guests. The cost includes lunch and the speaker presentation.
