Oh Yes! But first he should be "helicoptered", tied to a railing and kicked twice as many times. What is WRONG with someone who abuses animals? He obviously has a serious psycholigical disorder and needs serious treatment. And so does the other officer who did the filming. He's just as guilty for allowing it to happen. I couldn't bring myself to watch the video after reading the article. I am in healthcare and people who do things like this will do anything. Such as child abuse, spouse abuse, bullying, elder abuse.....
