Cameras

I think that it is fine and dandy if private property owners want to place camera everywhere on their property. It's fine to have cameras in stores and resturants. That is the owner's option, and you basically agree to be filmed by stepping into their establishment. But when the government goes putting up cameras all over the place, that is just not right. The government is not supposed to be able to spy on everyone all the time. It's not right when you can't even drive down the road without being recorded.

"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it." Thomas Jefferson, 1791
