Good record.... maybe...

Consider the total number of arrests per year and persons sent to prison... then consider those offenders who are wrongfully released (escapees and guilty persons that get off on technicalities etc).

My point here is that the N&O seems focused on half the story. Dail is certainly exceptional but there's a lot missing in the "news".
