The issue is only about educating illegal immigrants. It is not about the benefits and detractors of illegal immigration.
Stripped down to it's bare essential, it seems straightforward that NC should not grant government benefits to illegal aliens.
Beyond this academic issue is the reality that government is not enforcing immigration laws. The notion of a law-abiding American nation is held by simpletons who can't grasp reality. Everyone else (take a look at your elected leaders) seems to have already given up their notions.
If you think there's something to accomplish via government - well then you're just being pathetic.
